Laissez-les bon temps rouler, y’all with our Jambalaya 101 or Gumbo & Beer Bread cooking classes!

These cooking classes not only teach you how to make these delicious Louisiana dishes but will include information on the cultures of the Louisiana Cajuns and Creoles. Gwyn is joined by her husband, Shawn Pitre, an ethnomusicologist/anthropologist and food enthusiast.

The classes may be taught in English or French, and are a great activity for friends, family or as a team-building exercise!
